Skattsvik Development Group is a devised theatre piece by Ást & karókí. In the process of creating the piece, we try to commit tax fraud via offshore companies and treaty shopping, thoroughly documenting the process. In the piece we then teach the audience our scheme, showing them challenges we faced, do’s and don’ts and the paperwork needed to found a company.
The piece reaches a high point when we are interviewed by an employee of a bank service specializing in offshore bank accounts, where that employee gives a very valuable insight into the world of offshore finance.

Experimental söngleikur um gróðurhúsaáhrif (An experimental musical about climate change) was a 50 minute long devised "musical" by a group led by Birnir. The process focused on creating material with long open improv sessions, as long as two hours that were recorded and then documented. Those scenes and elements that were created in the improvs were used to create a script about a couple in a surreal world using classic devises such as a storyteller mixed with more experimental often film like elements (acting inside a closed car, creating a dogma film...). The show was very visual with it's most prominent feature being man made environment (heat, wind and cold) as well as bags of ice hanging from the ceiling which melted during the show.
The group of people consisted of
Arnar Geir Gústafsson (scenography and performer)
Birnir Jón Sigurðsson (director and lights)
Björk Guðmundsdóttir (performer)
Friðrik Guðmundsson (music and performer)
and Ragnar Pétur Jóhannsson (performer)
